Ok although this news is old, it's worth to post it here. So if you are reading my blog, please do a part and it's just a simple task. Please unplug your charger once you finished charging it. It'll help the world in a certain sense where energy will not be consumed due to those overheard. Look at the quote

I get to know this during a save the world campaign a few years back. In fact those appliances that is plugged into your electrical socket although you don't turn it on, will cause an overhead.
So it's a win win situation you unplug the appliances, you have lesser electric bill and you save the world. Savvy?

additional electronics which can lower your electric bill, turn your TV, dvd player, hifi, etc off. the red LED indicates that it still consumes electricity, i forgot about the stats on those machines but over a year its quite significant.
so don't just use your remote, go off it when you are done using it
this is not saving electricity la... this is call kiasu, dun wanna pay electric bill... Like apoh's hse only X_X
